Since 1982, Scott has been in the Travel & Meeting Planning industry, co-founding Gray Consulting in 1994. As CEO, Scott leads the development of the company’s culture, vision and strategies for delivery. Scott has led the growth of Gray from the founding meetings & incentives company to one with two more divisions – GForce Promotional Products and Clincierge™ clinical trial services. Scott is sought out by clients seeking to improve ROI/ROE through the application of his experience with strategic meeting programs, meeting architecture and organization development.
Kathy started her career in the Travel & Meeting Planning industry since 1985, co-founding Gray Consulting in 1994. As President of Gray Consulting, Kathy’s areas of oversight encompass Human Resources, Contracting, Legal, Vendor Relationships, Facilities, and Corporate Projects which maximize process efficiencies and profitability. Kathy has served on the boards of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of PCMA and the National Adoption Center. She is a member of MPI and participates in industry advisory councils. Kathy graduated cum laude from Temple University with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration.
Client Services Manager
Trish started her career with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, spending 10 years holding various management positions within the Rooms Division. Following her tenure with The Ritz-Carlton, she joined PGI (Destination Management) where she served as Florida’s Director of Operations and was instrumental in the opening of their Miami office. Most recently Trish was with Jornee Unlimited, Inc. where she served as Director of Operations.
Director of Information Systems
Brent has been managing and supporting Gray Consulting’s headquarters, global associates and satellite offices since 1999. Brent currently oversees the Company’s network infrastructure, project management tools, help desk support, web technology and cloud-based operations. He keeps up with technology through participation at industry events, industry articles and by volunteering in a technology capacity through his local church and other volunteer organizations.
|James “Jim” Parsons
MBA, Chief Financial Officer
Jim joined the Clincierge team in 2015 and serves as chief financial officer of both Clincierge® and Gray Consulting, Inc. He has over 30 years of strategic financial, business accounting, and operations experience across a variety of service, distribution, manufacturing and engineering businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He holds an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University and a BS in Finance from Delaware Valley College.
