Diversity & Community

Corporate Diversity

Gray Consulting, Inc.(GCI), is a privately held, woman-owned, small business, Philadelphia-based corporation founded in 1994.

At GCI, we value diversity. We consider our people to be the basis of our business and our success, and we know that our associates are naturally more productive working in an environment that encourages a wide range of ideas and perspectives. We foster an atmosphere where opportunities to grow and excel apply to everyone.

We are a diverse group of people. We come from a wide variety of backgrounds and life experiences, and we aim to foster this in the recruitment of our employees. We look to hire highly-skilled, industry professionals from a wide variety of sources.

We recognize the value in promoting a Work/Life Balance for our employees. Through our flexible approach to associate work schedules, we enable associates to effectively manage both their workload and important personal time. Our Flexible Workforce is a group of part-time associates who work for GCI on a project-by-project basis. Many of these associates are former full-time GCI employees who need a more flexible work schedule since they have started a family or have relocated to another part of the country. For the same reasons, we have arranged home-based operations for some of our well-respected and highly-skilled associates whose work/life relationship has changed.

Routinely, we work with suppliers, service providers, contractors, clients and attendees who may be half a world apart. Our services need to cross multiple boundaries and cultures in order to assure success for our customer.

It is important to us that we support our clients’ commitment to diversity programs. In everything that we do, we continually seek to leverage our individual and collective capabilities and synergies to the benefit of our clients.
