Gray Consulting, Inc.(GCI), is a privately held, Philadelphia-based corporation founded in 1994. We qualify as a small business and have pending certification by the WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council).

At GCI, we value diversity. We recognize the value in promoting a Work/Life Balance for our employees. Through our flexible approach to associate work schedules, we enable associates to effectively manage both their workload and important personal time. Our Flexible Workforce is a group of part-time associates who work for GCI on a project-by-project basis. Many of these associates are former full-time GCI employees who need a more flexible work schedule since they have started a family or have relocated to another part of the country. For the same reasons, we have arranged home-based operations for some of our well-respected and highly-skilled associates whose work/life relationship has changed.

Routinely, we work with suppliers, service providers, contractors, customers and attendees who may be half a world apart. Our services need to cross multiple boundaries and cultures in order to assure success for our customer.
