| About Us Gray Consulting International Meetings & Incentives is a Philadelphia based corporation whose business is focused on all aspects of meeting and event management including program development and planning, site selection, negotiation and contracting, database and attendee management, financial/budget management, and onsite services. Our geographic areas of service span the globe. In addition to destinations throughout the United States, we manage programs in Canada, Mexico, Eastern and Western Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Atlantic/Caribbean Islands. Our customers’ comments always reinforce the philosophy by which we work and how that differentiates us from our competitors. Above all: our unique technology, procurement and purchasing structure, the hands-on role of our leadership, and most importantly, our people. Having founded Gray Consulting in 1994 with just two customers, it is of paramount importance to Kathy Murphy and Scott Gray that we not lose that sense of proprietorship with each project.
