June 2010 - "I was an attendee at the event at the Marriott Hotel last week, and I would like to highlight the excellent attention and service of [your staff]. I have some restrictive dietary requirements and [her] attention to detail and her continuous follow up was absolutely superb! [She] listened and was always on hand for questions and to make sure that meals were handled appropriately and timely. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her management of the events and I want to thank her for doing such a marvelous job!"

"(We) got back on Wednesday. After finding no surface transport of any sort in Madrid, we flew to Bilbao and found plenty of hire cars, and we drove 1000 miles to a ferry. It is very important for <my company> to conduct the experts engagement meetings successfully, to provide an uneventful and pleasant overall experience to our advisors, and to project a very professional image in a well orchestrated meeting. To achieve this we need several important skills that she is demonstrating on a daily basis: - good communication: timely, coordinated, responsive and available (i.e., when I pick up the phone or need a document) - responsiveness in action (not just in communication - and because we both strive to be responsive, we have great teamwork) - follow-up and follow-through (gaps in follow-through are "dropping the ball" and this is not happening) - ability to juggle new and unexpected situations - professional demeanor - pleasant attitude. Of course things happen and we are all learning along the way, but what is important is how things are handled when they happen, and this is where all of the above comes into play, to bring any hiccups swiftly back on track.
